As spiritual beings having a human experience, our souls have a plan for our lives before we’re born. Then we’re born and it’s harder than we thought it would be. Suffering happens. Our lives get off track. By helping ourselves and others come back into alignment with our soul plans, not only do dis-eases and dis-harmonies heal, but we find JOY.
